By purchasing a Voxer Strategy Day, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds for any reason.
2. Scheduling Your Voxer Day
Your Voxer Day must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. Scheduling is coordinated by email. Voxer Days are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern (6:00 AM–2:00 PM Pacific).
3. Service Format
Support is provided exclusively via the Voxer app (voice and text messaging). No phone calls, Zoom, or in‑person sessions. You are responsible for installing and accessing Voxer before your session.
4. Scope of Support
Support includes business strategy, marketing guidance, funnel review, offer development, business systems questions, and tech guidance or troubleshooting in the form of recommendations, walkthroughs, or step‑by‑step instructions. This service does not include hands‑on implementation. Requests outside this scope may be declined or addressed only as time permits.
5. Communication & Response Time
You may send messages throughout your Voxer Day (9 AM–5 PM Eastern / 6 AM–2 PM Pacific). I will respond in focused bursts at intervals during the day; continuous or immediate response is not guaranteed.
6. Rescheduling & Missed Days
Voxer Days may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Missed days without prior notice are considered complete and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
7. Availability
Limited to 4 Voxer Days per month. Scheduling is first‑come, first‑served.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential. Resources shared are for your personal business use only.
9. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a reliable device, internet connection, and access to the Voxer app. Technical issues on your end do not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
10. Platform Backup
If Voxer experiences technical issues, support may move to Slack or another agreed‑upon messaging platform to ensure your day is completed as scheduled.
