By purchasing this package, you agree to the following:


1. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Because this package includes both coaching and done-with-you tech support, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the first session has been booked.


2. Session Scheduling

You will receive a scheduling link to book your coaching calls after payment. Tech support hours can be used during sessions or for behind-the-scenes work, depending on your needs. All hours (coaching and tech) must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.


3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used.


4. Support Between Sessions

Email support is available between sessions for short questions or quick check-ins. Longer reviews or feedback will be handled during your booked time.


5. Scope of Support

Tech support includes help with your current business systems, tools, or platforms. This can include website edits, email automation, landing page tweaks, or integrations. Strategy sessions focus on planning, messaging, offers, and business growth support.


6. Confidentiality and Ownership

All discussions and shared materials are confidential. Any templates, frameworks, or resources provided are for your personal use only and should not be shared or repurposed without permission.
